What is our exchange & Return policy?
Exchanges & Returns are allowed within 2 days of receiving your order. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

What if I received a defective item?
If you receive a defective item, you can exchange it. Please report the defect immediately to initiate the exchange process.

Can I check the item before accepting it?
Yes! You are allowed to inspect the item while the courier is outside. If you choose to refuse the order after checking, you will only be required to pay the courier's delivery fee.

Refunds
Refunds are processed via Insta pay or e-wallets only. Shipping fees apply. Please allow up to 24 hours the refund to be processed.
